Ozil had a hand in goals from Shkodran Mustafi and Alexis Sanchez as Arsenal won their first north London derby in seven, but his incessant pressing also left Ben Davies and Jan Vertonghen largely neutered on Tottenham’s left-hand side. The German’s work-rate regularly comes in for criticism and he has come under the microscope since entering the final year of his contract at the Emirates Stadium. And, despite his contribution to the win in attack, Wenger was quick to highlight Ozil’s tenacious work going the other way....

Of course, there are still a few key injuries to keep an eye on. When just two TEs have more than 80 yards (Dallas Goedert, Noah Fant), it’s tough not to rank them highly, right? And when someone like Hayden Hurst barely gets any looks until the game is well out of hand, well, he has to drop, doesn’t he? Ditto for someone like Evan Engram who manages just eight yards. If these types of games happened in Week 7, we wouldn’t be so quick to anoint one player a breakout and another a bust, but when it happens in Week 1, it’s inevitable....

Our bust picks actually exceeded expectations last week, as we were banking on a regression from the Bucs, and in particular, Ryan Fitzpatrick and DeSean Jackson, were able to prove us wrong. At RB, Carlos Hyde and Marshawn Lynch each put up TDs, so they weren’t busts either. But now with another week of data under our belts, we should have a better chance to predict the top busts for this week....

Giorgio Tavecchio (Falcons) is a guy that could be picked up if Matt Bryant (hamstring) is out again. He nailed a couple of 50-plus yarders before going on bye last week, which fantasy owners always like to see. Additionally, since the Falcons have a high-powered offense and lack a solid defense, they will be scoring frequently. That will help Tavecchio be one of the top kicking options moving forward....

Envisioned by one of the original developers of Dishonored and Prey, Raphaël Colantonio, Weird West stands out even in the admittedly offbeat category of immersive sims. Whereas most of the games that inspired Weird West launch as first-person titles, this game plays from an overhead perspective, and its general strangeness made it a perfect match for the publisher, Devolver Digital. The 27-year-old has seen much of his season blighted by injury and has often struggled to get into the Gunners’ starting line-up ahead of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette, the club’s two most expensive signings. No. 14 Kansas State didn’t upset No. 11 Oklahoma on Saturday in a 31-30 win. The Wildcats were the better team, just like the last time they won in Norman in 2012. The Frenchman’s contract expires in June and, although reports suggest he has privately agreed terms on a new two-year deal at the Emirates Stadium, Wenger is adamant the situation is “not completely sorted out”. The Gunners held talks with the Portugal star 14 years ago, only to miss out to Manchester United, who bought him from Sporting CP for a reported fee of £12million. Ronaldo went on to inspire United to eight major trophies, including three Premier League titles and the 2007-08 Champions League, before joining Real Madrid for a then world-record fee of close to £80m. Arsenal’s last league title came three months before Ronaldo moved to Old Trafford, and Wenger thinks they would have had much more success if he had been able to pair the forward with Thierry Henry....

Wenger has regularly been linked with leading the Three Lions but instead stayed put at Arsenal, where his 22-year tenure will end after Sunday’s match at Huddersfield Town. STUDS Philip Rivers, QB, Chargers. Rivers broke out of a mini-funk Sunday, throwing for 392 yards with three touchdowns and no turnovers. That he was able to do that damage in a tough matchup against the Chiefs makes it even more impressive. Knowshon Moreno, RB, Broncos. Moreno ran roughshod over the Patriots, turning 37 carries into 224 yards and a touchdown. It’s insane that the Broncos would ride the notoriously fragile Moreno that hard....
