The matchups are good for both teams’ passing attacks, but bad conditions could make this a sloppy game, resulting in inconsistent, unpredictable play from both teams. Jay Cutler and the Bears’ WRs are all worth starting – and it’s tough to sit a streaking Mike Evans – but be careful with Josh McCown, Vincent Jackson, and both teams’ TEs.

Fantasy effect: Wind and rain won’t make life easier for Arizona’s passing attack, which was already a major question mark heading into this game. Downgrade all Cardinals except Andre Ellington, and expect even more production from both D/STs.

Dolphins at Broncos TV coverage: CBS DirecTV Sunday Ticket channel: 715 Weather concerns: Temperatures in the low 30s, winds 10-20 mph, 30-percent chance of snow. Fantasy effect: You know the story – Peyton Manning struggles in cold, snow and wind. Sure, maybe in real life, but he usually puts up a good number of fantasy points regardless. In New England earlier this year in similar conditions, Manning had 438 yards and two TDs, while both Demaryius Thomas and Emmanuel Sanders had over 125 yards and Julius Thomas caught a touchdown. “Garbage time” helped those numbers, but you can’t sit any of the Broncos’ key players. The bigger worry might be Miami’s passing attack. Slightly downgrade Ryan Tannehill, Charles Clay and Mike Wallace, as well as both kickers.

Cowboys at Giants TV coverage: NBC Weather concerns: Winds gusting up to 20 mph, 40-percent chance of rain “late” Fantasy effect: Windy, rainy conditions for Eli Manning and Tony Romo? Oh, boy. The forecast isn’t bad enough that you should bench Dez Bryant or even Odell Beckham Jr., but all fringe players are worth reconsidering. Marginally downgrade both kickers, too.
