Chances are, if you have a stud quarterback, you’re not sitting him at this point. You have to stick with your studs, even if one has the most brutal matchup imaginable. So, guys like Drew Brees, Patrick Mahomes, and Russell Wilson have to be in starting lineups. They have been consistent, and there is no better option that you will be able to find at this point.

That said, there are a couple of normal starters that are right on start/sit bubble this week. Jared Goff (@ Cardinals) and Philip Rivers (vs. Ravens) both have tough matchups against defenses that have limited quarterbacks most of the season. Goff has performed poorly in two straight games, as well, so if you survived those, it may be hard to go back to the well and trust him. Still, it all just boils down to this. Do you have a better option than either of those two? If so, feel free to start the other option. But if not, stick with the guys that got you here.
If you are in need of a streamer (Carson Wentz owners, I’m looking at you), a guy like Dak Prescott (vs. Buccaneers) and Baker Mayfield (vs. Bengals) are both owned in fewer than 70 percent of Yahoo leagues. Prescott is coming off a poor outing against the Colts, but he should bounce back at home against a porous Bucs secondary. Mayfield has thrown for at least two TDs in six of the past eight games, including a career-high four against these same Bengals back in Week 12. More widely available are rookies Lamar Jackson (@ LAC) and Josh Allen (@ NE), both of whom pad their stats with rushing yards but are limited (to say the least) as passers.
