FIVE STAR

  1. Aaron Rodgers, Packers vs. DET

  2. Drew Brees, Saints @ TB. It’s a great matchup for Brees, and the Bucs are “competing” for the No. 1 pick. 

FOUR STAR

  1. Peyton Manning, Broncos vs. OAK. If you’ve made it this far despite Peyton’s recent struggles, why switch it up? He’s probably not worth the DFS price, though. 

  2. Russell Wilson, Seahawks vs. STL

  3. Tony Romo, Cowboys @ WAS. Great matchup, but we’re concerned the Cowboys, who have little at stake in Week 17, may not let Romo play the entire game. Follow the reports closely this week.

  4. Andrew Luck, Colts @ TEN. The Colts also have little to play for, but claim their starters won’t rest. 

  5. Cam Newton, Panthers @ ATL. Newton looked healthy last week and wasn’t hesitant to run. Could be a great DFS value. 

  6. Matt Ryan, Falcons vs. CAR. Both Newton and Ryan are safe investments in Week 17 with the NFC South title and a playoff berth on the line.

THREE STAR

  1. Ryan Tannehill, Dolphins vs. NYJ. Can Tannehill finally capitalize on a good matchup when everyone expects him to? The Jets are allowing the fifth-most fantasy points to QBs. Nice sleeper, but don’t overpay.

  2. Eli Manning, Giants vs. PHI. Suddenly Eli is safer than his big bro? Weird, but this is a great matchup for the younger Manning. 

  3. Mark Sanchez, Eagles @ NYG. There could be a lot of points in this matchup, so Sanchez is worth the risk. 

  4. Jay Cutler, Bears @ MIN. Cutler is back under center and has a lot to prove in a decent matchup. He could be very cheap after last week’s benching. 

13. Ben Roethlisberger, Steelers vs. CIN. Big Ben lit up the Bengals for 350 yards and three TDs last time, but can he repeat against a D allowing the third-fewest fantasy points to QBs?

  1. Philip Rivers, Chargers @ KC. Tough matchup for Rivers, so think about gambling on the “risky” QBs above. 

  2. Matthew Stafford, Lions @ GB. Who knows?

*16. Tom Brady, Patriots vs. BUF. The Pats have nothing to play for, meaning we may not see much of Brady. This is a bad matchup anyway, so don’t worry about Jimmy Garoppolo either.

TWO STAR

  1. Teddy Bridgewater, Vikings vs. CHI. The rookie has been on a roll lately, and the Bears are allowing the second-most fantasy points to QBs. Keep Bridgewater in mind if your regular QB1 is resting. 

  2. Andy Dalton, Bengals @ PIT. Downgrade Dalton if A.J. Green (arm) is out. 

  3. Joe Flacco, Ravens vs. CLE

  4. Colin Kaepernick, 49ers vs. ARI. Don’t buy into ONE big game.

21. Josh McCown, Buccaneers vs. NO

22. Robert Griffin III, Redskins vs. DAL

23. Kyle Orton, Bills @ NE
