It’s a big day, but of course there is still plenty more than that from Nintendo, and Game Rant will be going through everything and anything coming out on a Nintendo system this week! Would you expect anything less from the Gods of Awesome?

Retail

Imagine: Party Planner

System: DS

Price: $29.99

Certainly the highlight of the week for Nintendo, Imagine: Party Planner lets you fulfill your dreams of designing the perfect party! You get to craft parties for the “rich and famous” and expand your agency to the #1 party planning company.

No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle

System: Wii

Price: $49.99

Travis Touchdown is back, and this time he’s got more to prove than ever. The story starts off 2 years after where the first game ended. Travis is now ranked at the bottom of the UAA (United Assassins Association) after stepping down, and he must now fight his way back to #1. If you liked the first game in the series then you will love the sequel, as it expands on both gameplay and the sick and twisted plot of No More Heroes. If you own a Wii you need to own this title!

Personal Fitness For Men/Women

System: DS

Price: $19.99

Yeah, there are actually 2 different versions of this game, but don’t be fooled because it’s certainly not Pokemon! Each version has different workouts for each sex, such as “Six-Pack of Steel” for the guys and “30 Minutes for Beauty” for the ladies.

Tatsunoko vs. Capcom

System: Wii

Price: $49.99

This is the game that critics are calling the true sequel to Marvel vs. Capcom. The game takes famous characters from the Capcom universe and pits them against the not-so-famous characters of the Tatsunoko universe. The only complaint I have heard so far is the fact that people don’t know half of the roster, but you get over this fact sooner rather than later. Looks like there is room for one more fighting game, next to Brawl, in your Wii library.

WiiWare

“Aha! I Found It!” Hidden Object Game

Price: 500 Wii Points

“Aha! Hide It Again!” is really what they should have called it. This is ANOTHER hidden object game, but with a twist (Aha! M. Night Shyamalan!) you and 3 other members of your family can now all play at the same time and see who is the best at finding things! Although, you’ll likely find items pretty quickly if all 4 of you are spamming the “a” button at the same time.

bittos+

Price: 800 Wii Points

“The next big thing in casual gaming, bittos+ is all about rotating, moving and placing game pieces onto a game board to make squares and, more importantly, squares within squares.”, this is the official press release from Nintendo. There are also leader boards… but not online, just so you and the fam jam can compete.

UNO

Price: 1,000 Wii Points

The classic card game returns on the Wii! Everybody loves Uno, everybody with a soul that is, and now you and your friends don’t even have to be sitting next to you to join in on the Uno fun! This version has online play, so you can destroy your friends from afar.

Virtual Console

Ghoul Patrol

Price: 800 Wii Points

Created by Lucas Arts, this game is about a goblin exhibit in the library (why is there a goblin exhibit in a library?) coming to life and causing mayhem. The Ghoul Patrol must go back in time and “de-spook” and old encyclopedia to save the world!

DSiWare

AiRace: Tunnel

Price: 200 DSi Points

Along the lines of cube runner, you gain speed for every obstacle you dodge. You can set a high score and that’s really all there is to this game.

Escapee GO!

Price: 200 DSi Points

The main protagonist in this title is a woman named Claire. She awakens with no memory of her past, all she can remember is her name, but something has changed within Claire. She has gained heightened senses, which will become useful as there are men after her.

NUMBER BATTLE

Price: 500 DSi Points

This game is from Japan, and allegedly invokes the ancient art of feng shui by invoking players clear out the playing field! It has online too so you and 3 friends can try to figure out the concept for this title.

There ends this week’s Nintendo Weekly Update. No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom are certainly must owns for any Wii gamer and I hope you guys pick them up.

Are you going to be picking up Tatsunoko vs. Capcom or No More Heroes: Desperate Struggle? Do you like the fact that Game Rant tells you about the Wii/DS retail shovel ware that comes out, or should we stick to the games you actually care about?
